Using Teamviewer Quick Support®.

Download this file.  Unpack the file.  Open Teamviewer Quick Support and give the 9 digit number and temporary password to your Technician.

Installing Crossloop®.

To start using Crossloop software in order to connect to a Wolf Pack Technician, please download the following file.  Unpack using 7zip or similar then double click the CrossloopSetup.exe file and follow the installation instructions.  Upon completion you will be given a 12 digit number (ex. 4145 9876 1234).  This number will be given to a Technician that helps you, and you just sit back and watch your computer get fixed.
